Once again this year, we're looking forward to some fascinating presentations on the subject of "digital accessibility". This specialist conference is intended to inform and raise awareness among professionals in the field, politicians, users and other interested parties.
The talks will be given in German in the morning and in French in the afternoon.
Thanks to SWISS TXT's LiveAccess platform, you will be able to follow all the presentations live in your own language. The talks will be translated live into German, French, Italian, sign language and other languages, with the content provided in the form of subtitles.

- This talk will be given by Michaela Nachtrab and Robin Ribback, both experts in the Accessibility and Innovation team at SWISS TXT.
Their presentation will give an insight into the latest developments and new opportunities in sign language translation, and into certain Swiss and European research projects. It will focus on the following questions: how can text be efficiently translated into sign language and how is it done at present? Thanks to technological innovations, there are many new opportunities today and there will be more in the future. How far have we got with developing sign language avatars and automated translation into sign language, and where and when can they be used?
