SWISS TXT offers a managed cluster in the SWISS TXT Cloud based on Cloudstack and Kubernets with a guaranteed capacity of 128GB RAM and 2.5 GHz - 36 CPUs. The cluster is offered as a managed service; this includes ongoing maintenance, patching and change management in close coordination with the customer.

It is proposed to use our performance storage system (Performance Storage Fiber Chanel 15K disks or SSD). For pure data delivery, other storage systems are available in the following gradations:

Medium Storage
ECO Storage
S3 Object storage

11 December 2019 SWISS TXT to become
SRG SSR’s competence centre for ICT

As of 1 January 2020, Biel/Bienne-based SWISS TXT AG is to merge with SRG’s internal IT and infrastructure unit, INIT, forming the new competence centre for SRG’s infrastructure, digital and distribution services. The company will continue to operate under the SWISS TXT AG name as a wholly-owned subsidiary of SRG.
